3P LOGISTICS HIRING PRICING STAFF (INTERNS ACCEPTED)

3P Logistics is expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic candidates for the following positions:

  • Pricing Air / LCL
  • Pricing FCL
  • Pricing Overseas

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Pricing Overseas

  • Work directly with overseas agents and partners to update international freight rates and services
  • Monitor, communicate, and negotiate with overseas agents to optimize costs and transit times
  • Support Sales in processing inquiries and providing quotations for import-export customers
  • Maintain and develop relationships with the international agent network

2. Pricing Air / LCL

  • Work with airlines, co-loaders, trucking companies, and transport partners related to Air & LCL cargo
  • Update freight rates, flight/vessel schedules, and related surcharges
  • Assist with booking, monitor transportation progress, and handle issues as they arise
  • Coordinate with Sales to advise customers on suitable transportation methods

3. Pricing FCL

  • Work directly with carriers and shipping lines to obtain FCL container rates
  • Monitor vessel schedules, space availability, and surcharge fluctuations from shipping lines
  • Negotiate rates and build relationships with carriers to ensure competitive pricing
  • Support Sales in consulting on appropriate shipping solutions for customers

4. General Tasks

  • Receive and process inquiries from the Sales team
  • Provide fast and accurate quotations to customers
  • Update freight rate data and logistics market information
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 06 months of experience in Pricing or related roles within Logistics / Forwarding / Import-Export
  • Knowledge of shipping lines, airlines, or international agent systems is an advantage
  • Proactive, agile, and responsible
  • Good communication and coordination skills with Sales teams and partners
  • Basic English for logistics professional use is an advantage

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 to 17:30)
